In Row 2 a ch-2 sp should be ch-1 sp.

Row 2: Ch 5 (counts as first dc, ch 2 throughout), dc in base of ch-5, *[ch 1, sk 1 dc, dc in next dc] twice, ch 1, sk next dc, ...... dc in ch-2 sp (change this ch-2 sp to read ch-1 sp)

Border

Rnd 1: Attach winter white at "point A" as indicated on the diagram on page 88, ch 1, sc evenly sp around entire outer edge of afghan working 3 sc in each outer corner as needed to keep piece from curling, sl st to join in beg sc.
Rnds 2 & 3: Ch 1, sc in each sc around, working 3 sc in center sc of 3-sc group, sl st to join in beg sc.
Rnd 4: Ch 1, reverse sc (working from left to right, insert hook in next st to the right, yo, draw up a lp on hook, yo, draw through 2 lps on hook) in each sc around, sl st to join in beg sc, fasten off.

Note: The reverse sc is for a right handed crocheter, if you are left handed work the reverse of right handed from right to left.
