Following are the most commonly asked questions by inquiring book customers:
When was my book shipped out?
We try to send out your free 21-Day preview book as soon as possible after you place your order. In order to keep the overall cost to you as low as possible, we send your book as bound printed matter. Generally, you should receive your order within three to four weeks or sooner. You can always send us an e-mail, and we'll let you know the exact date the book was shipped. Note: We do not currently offer any expedited delivery or overnight service.
Why do you send me a bill before the book arrives?
Your first "bill" is actually an acknowledgment of the order. Since the acknowledgment is sent out first class, and the book is sent bound-printed matter (slower delivery), the acknowledgment reaches you first. We reassure you that you do have a 21-day examination period to decide if you would like to keep the book.
Why do I get so many invoices?
We may send up to a total of 7 invoices if we have not yet received your payment or any other notification from you. We want to give you full opportunity to make your payment.
I have already paid -- why am I still getting bills?
When we send an invoice for a book you have ordered, we allow 4 weeks to pass before we send a follow up reminder invoice. Sometimes we may receive your payment the day or so after we have already sent the follow up invoice. If you have already made your payment and receive another invoice afterwards, you may ignore it.
Can I make an order from a country other than the United States and Canada?
We do not ship our books outside the United States and Canada at this time. Shipping charges for Canadian orders are $7.95 per book and payment must be made in U.S. funds.
Why do I continue to receive books?
When you purchase from DRGBooks.com, you join the thousands of satisfied customers who enjoy free previews of each new volume in the book series of your choice as it is released -- no more than two per year. We'll mail you an announcement in advance of each book, and if you want to enjoy your reserved free preview do nothing -- we'll mail the book directly to your door! If you don't wish to receive it, just indicate so on the announcement and return it within 10 days. You always have at least 10 days to decide and let us know.
If you wish to add the next edition to your library, we'll bill you later for your book, plus shipping and processing. If you decide it's not for you, or if you ever have less than 10 days to respond to our announcement, simply return the book and owe nothing. The choice is always yours. You may cancel any time simply by writing us, and there is never an obligation to buy.
What is our policy concerning mailing lists?
Sometimes we make the names of our customers available to other carefully selected companies and organizations whose products and services might prove helpful or interesting to our customers. We also provide our customers with information about new products and programs from DRG Publishing.
If you prefer not to receive this information, or if you wish to receive only information from DRG Publishing, please notify our customer service department in writing.
